What does it mean to be a Glo Supporter? 

Glo Supporters are enthusiastic about our mission to end extreme poverty using a stablecoin, and want to help us movement-build.

At minimum, becoming a Glo Supporter means:

• Signing up here
• Being listed on our home page alongside other Glo Supporters
• Receiving occasional updates and announcements

It also means:

• You’ll post on social media
• You’ll tell your friends about us
• You’ll hold some Glo Dollar
• You’ll join our Discord server and follow us on Twitter
  

We know where we're going (read: the end of extreme poverty), and how to get there (read: mass adoption of Glo Dollar).

Glo Dollar is a fully-backed stablecoin pegged to the dollar that exists to generate basic incomes for people living in extreme poverty.

Adoption in our early stages makes Glo visible. The more people holding Glo, the larger our market cap; the larger our market cap, the more people we lift out of extreme poverty.

We need early support to reach sufficient adoption.

Early support of Glo Dollar will make the difference

Every community starts with a single member, then a handful, then a few hundred and so on. But even the greatest communities wrestle with a cold-start problem, at least for a while.

Glo’s no different. Glo Supporters will drive the movement from 0 to 1; they’ll be the difference between success and failure.

When Glo begins generating yield for charity, the impact will be clear: more money held in Glo means more individuals lifted out of extreme poverty. But we need momentum to get there.
